Summary:

Nobuchika and Kanata have been inseparable since grade school, thirty-year-old best friends who, even now, still see each other every couple of months. Life has pulled them onto different paths, but the bond of friendship hasn’t faded. Then everything changes. After developing “TS Syndrome,” Nobuchika finds himself transformed into a girl.
