V2: Chapter 152: Do It with Me, Sister

In the dimly lit bedroom, Duke Auston body lay silently on the bed. His death was gruesome and terrifying, sending chills down the fat man's spine.

"Looks like he's really dead," Liang Di muttered to herself.

Auston's eyes were wide open, his eyeballs almost bursting out of their sockets, his pupils shrinking to pinpoints in terror. His eyes were bloodshot, a clear sign of extreme struggle and fear before his death. His mouth was wide open, revealing gleaming white teeth, as if about to let out a final roar, but the sound was swallowed by the silence of death.

His face was contorted with muscles, his skin taut with fear, a horribly pale blue. His brow was furrowed, his last moments spent pondering the secret Bellica had told him. His hands were clenched into fists, his knuckles white from the force.

“He looked horrible to die, like he died with his eyes wide open.” Liang Di laughed, feeling no sadness whatsoever. She even wanted to burst into laughter, just like the deranged Bellica squatting on the floor.

The entire room was filled with a sinister and terrifying atmosphere. Auston's body looked like a grotesque sculpture.

“Bellica, call Gladys over. Help her clean up. Don't call Laura; she's easily frightened and might alert the others.”

Bellica took a deep breath, composed herself, stood up, and nodded.

“Yes, Miss.”

She was back to her usual self.

Liang Di felt much better, humming a cheerful tune. There was just a slight regret, though.

Auston hadn't seen Edwin in a long time; after all, he was his beloved son. Would scaring him with the news of his son's death before he died cause him too much grief and make him die himself?

Thinking this, Liang Di arrived at Liang Lin's door. Through the crack in the door, she saw Liang Lin holding Carol and reading a book. In four months, it would be Carol's fourth birthday. The little one was restless now, constantly trying to jump out of Liang Lin's arms and run around on the floor.

How blissful.

Liang Di pushed open the door.

"Sister Liang Lin, Carol is so restless right now, let me hold her for a while."

Liang Lin was already annoyed by Carol's antics, and hearing someone volunteer, she immediately handed Carol over.

“She’s at her most annoying age right now, honestly. I think she’s just too easygoing. When I was five, I was already in training. I didn’t have the energy to cause trouble for others.”

Liang Di smiled and took Carol’s arm. “Oh, Liang Lin, Carol isn’t even four yet. When she’s five, we’ll send her.... occasionally to the Magic Tower, to have Octaville teach her magic.”

To be honest, Liang Di still felt some resistance towards the magicians in the Magic Tower.

Although after Octaville took power, she banished the magicians who had bullied her the most, taking back their magic and leaving them to fend for themselves on the beach as ordinary people. The others involved were also severely punished, taking turns spending a full year on the beach; basically, almost everyone was gone in less than six months. However, the pain Liang Di had suffered still lingered.

She was afraid her child would suffer the same fate, even though she knew that Octaville, now the Tower Master, wouldn’t allow anyone to bully her daughter.

Liang Di, holding Carol, sat down beside Liang Lin.

Liang Lin was quietly reading, and Liang Di didn't want to disturb her, but she shifted her position, pressing herself tightly against Liang Lin's arm. Then, she tilted her head and rested it on Liang Lin's shoulder.

Liang Lin didn't flinch.

"Sister Liang Lin, he's dead."

"Mm." Liang Lin paused, her hand holding the book still, and gave a faint reply.

She knew who the "he" the other was referring to was.

"I don't know why, but I'm especially happy."

"When I killed my cousin, I was also quite happy, because I knew that my great revenge had finally been achieved. That child of the Kronin family, the one who was killed back then, could finally close his eyes in peace."

Liang Lin had always been a person of strong likes and dislikes; she dared to love and hate.

A smile played on Liang Di's lips. "Yes, Madam Meredith, my mother, finally can close her eyes in peace now."

Although she had never met her, a child always have an innate affection for their mothers, and Liang Di was no exception; she had come from her mother's womb.

Thinking of this, Liang Di couldn't help but tease Carol in her arms.

"Carol also came from Liang Lin's Mama's womb."

Liang Lin, however, didn't understand the implication and rolled her eyes. "If she didn't come from a womb, where did she come from? Why are you saying such silly things?"

"Haha~"

Liang Di simply chuckled, her head still resting tightly on Liang Lin's shoulder.

Liang Di felt a deep regret for not being by Liang Lin's side during her pregnancy and childbirth, for not witnessing the birth of her child.

Therefore, she uttered something startling.

"Sister Liang Lin, let's have another baby."

Liang Lin: "??!!"

Startled by our villainous tentacle young lady, Liang Lin dropped the book she was holding. She pushed the other's head away from her shoulder, reached out and touched her forehead, finding it wasn't hot at all. Then, she became furious.

"I think you're really crazy. Having a baby isn't something you can just decide to do. It's not like you're the one who got pregnant. I think you're just talking without understanding the hardships."

At this moment, Liang Lin finally revealed her motherly nature, starting to ramble on about the difficulties she faced during her pregnancy.

"You didn't even experience how uncomfortable the pregnancy symptoms were, and you're telling me to get pregnant. Back then, I always had no appetite, sometimes I'd feel nauseous and want to vomit, and I often couldn't sleep."

Liang Lin got angry just thinking about it.

"And what are you doing here, spouting nonsense?"

Liang Di was stunned. She really hadn't expected Liang Lin to be so resentful about having a baby. She had always thought Liang Lin was just resentful towards her.

The room fell silent once more. Liang Di lowered her eyes, seemingly pondering how to cheer up her sister, Liang Lin.

Just as Liang Lin was about to say "Never mind," Liang Di dropped another bombshell.

"Then, for the next one, I'll be the one get pregnant and give birth."

"Huh—?" Liang Lin was shocked again, but with nothing to drop, she couldn't believe her ears. Her voice trembling, she asked again, "You, you said you want to get pregnant and give birth?"

Liang Di nodded vigorously, her expression genuine.

"Then, then, then, then, then…" Liang Lin stammered, "How will you get pregnant? I, I, I don't have that kind of thing. Not a normal one, not even tentacles. I, I can't help you get pregnant."

Liang Di was amused by the other's flushed face.

"Sister Liang Lin, your sister and Octaville both have nothing, so how did they have children?"

"This..."

Right, she had never thought about this question before. How did Hilary and Octaville give birth? Neither of them had that kind of organ, not even tentacles.

"That's because our Magic Tower can do anything." Liang Di smiled slightly, took out a portable crystal ball, and showed it to Liang Lin. "Look, some of these potions can make same-sex couples pregnant."

Liang Lin blinked twice. "Your Magic Tower really... researches every kind of potion. What's the use of researching these potions?"

Speaking of this question, Liang Di wanted to laugh, a hearty laugh. Octaville's bitter face flashed in her mind.

"Hahahaha~"

After a burst of merciless laughter, Liang Di explained to the bewildered Liang Lin, "Because Octavia really wants to have a child with Hilary, your sister, so she not only researched it herself, but also got several magicians in the Magic Tower to research it with her."

"Oh, I see." Liang Lin found it quite reasonable.

“Wait,” Liang Di interrupted her, “I haven’t finished telling you yet. The funny thing is about to happen.”

“Go on.”

“This was originally going to be done in secret, but later, I don’t know if Octaville let it slip herself, or if someone in the Magic Tower let it slip, but anyway, Hilary found out. I’m not entirely sure what she was thinking, but I can guess that Octaville has been sneaking off far too many times, and Hilary probably wasn’t comfortable with it, so… you understand?”

Liang Lin understood, and couldn’t suppress her smile. “My sister… secretly slipped the potion into Octaville’s drink?”

“Yes, hahaha~”

Liang Di laughed so hard she almost fell over. “As long as the fluid from the woman who didn’t drink the potion flows into the body of the woman who did, the woman who drank the potion will become pregnant.”

“Hahaha~”  Liang Lin was also surprised that it was Octaville who was pregnant and gave birth—Octaville, who was a head taller than her older sister, and who was always on top in bed.

Just thinking about it made her feel resentful. She wondered what Octaville, who was pregnant at the time, had thought. The potion was made for Hilary, but in the end, it was used on her.

"So..."

Liang Di laughed, then looked at Liang Lin meaningfully, "If you, Liang Lin, don't want to get pregnant, and want me to experience the pain of pregnancy, I'd be happy to~"

Liang Lin was still immersed in her amusement and didn't react. She casually asked, "Then what should I do if you get pregnant?"

Liang Di was overjoyed to hear this, thinking that the other party had agreed. She immediately grasped the other's hand, her face full of anticipation.

"Do it with me."
