"All right, it's time, so let's get started! The “War Fairy” New Chapter Preview Special! Your usual host, Tanaka, here."

『Tanakaaa!』 『I got shafted on the swimsuit gacha, Tanakaaa!』 『The Clione was way too strong, Tanakaaa!』 『The OOPArt won't drop, Tanakaaa!』 『← I feel every single one of these』 『Almost none of that has anything to do with Tanaka though lol』

"And this time, too, we've got some wonderful guests joining us! First up, playing Pahal..."

"Tenhoi Meharu here! Pleasure to meet ya!"

『Pleasure to meet ya!』 『-ya!』 『That swimsuit was something else』 『I love Meharu-chan』 『Too bad, she's a married mother』 『She's only 22, right?』 『Student marriage is no joke』

"And next, playing Walt..."

"Playing Walt Wanu Waudu, I'm Yunoya Takefumi."

『Takefuu!』 『That voice is still insanely good』 『My ears are in love』 『The elf siblings are appearing together?!』 『You get it, Tanakaaa!』 『I love the Waudu siblings』 『← I feel that on a deep level』

"This time, we'll be looking back at the Summer Event, “The Thing Sleeping at the Bottom of the Lake,” as well as revealing information about the new chapter, which is only three days away."

『THE NEW CHAPTER IS HERE━━━━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)━━━━!!』 『We've been waiting!』 『It's the Great Forest, right?』 『I heard there's a Machine City too』 『Summer Event (stares blankly)』 『Clione (stares blankly)』

"First up, let's look back at the Summer Event. I'll get straight to the point: what did you think?"

"Chaos. Bring me the scenario writer."

『Meharu-chan went straight for the jugular lol』 『I know exactly what she means』 『Like, the Clione』 『There was even nagashi somen lol』 『That's just what summer events are like w』 『It was fun, so who cares w』

"Wasn't it a little too chaotic that thirty percent of the story was basically a gourmet food manga? It was funny, though."

『Exactly lmao』 『She's absolutely right w』 『I laughed so hard』 『Gass-san just keeps getting more meme material lol』 『It's all Mom's fault lol』 『I've awakened to Val-Tierra』 『← I totally get it』 『Tierra-chan is my wife!』 『← She's Tetoma's wife, though, jk』 『← What does that even mean lmao』

"And the Clione-chan was way too strong. That was an impossible game."

"I haven't managed to beat the Chaos-class Clione either. I'm starting to think I might challenge it again when the event gets a rerun."

『Seriously』 『The Clione was way too strong』 『That six-body simultaneous attack with Bakkalkorn was absolutely brutal』 『The doujinshi are about to get thicker lol』 『There's definitely going to be a tentacle scene with Mom w』 『Calling it Clione-chan is kinda cute lol』 『Is it female?』 『I thought they're hermaphrodites』 『← So does that mean it's yuri too?』 『← You're a genius』

"So, that's the situation. The Summer Event will continue for another two weeks, so if you haven't finished your exchanges or cleared everything yet, you'd better hurry... Something like that, right?"

『The Dowsing Machine, please...!』 『I still haven't maxed out Piska!』 『Hurry, hurry』 『Grind, grind』 『I only need one more Water Gun to max it out, but it won't drop!』 『← If you keep rolling until it drops, it's 100% guaranteed!』 『← Here, have an Apple gift card』

"Now, what you've all been waiting for! Let's move on to the information about Chapter 2 of the new story."

『And?』 『Huh?』 『Tanakaaa!』 『What is it?』 『Huh?』

"First, please take a look at this footage. Roll it!"

【“—Machine City Mikania. It is a single ‘world’ bearing the name ‘city.’ A citadel of wisdom that seeks innovation.”】

【“You need not lend us your hands. We will not perish. We have already overcome the destruction of the world once before.”】

【“—The Great Forest Nru Wo Lies. It is an endless green ‘world.’ A land of stagnation that seeks permanence.”】

【“Outsiders, leave. We reject change. This ‘present’ is what matters to us.”】

【“—A world that thirsts for the ‘future.’ And a world that cherishes the ‘present.’ It is inevitable that the two cannot coexist.”】

【“Everything lies beyond the path of progress. Human wisdom makes anything possible. Why can you not understand that?”】

【“So you mean to cast everything aside for the sake of that? Is that what you're saying?!”】

【“Cast aside? No, half-elf. Girl of possibility. They are nourishment. Foundations. The results are what give meaning to the sacrifices.”】

【“You—!”】

【“—A world set into motion. Conspiracies stirring beneath the surface.”】

【“That person is truly, truly devious. That's precisely what makes them so interesting.”】

【“—Those who seek their ideals. And before them, the boy...”】

【“I...”】

【“I...”】

【“War Fairy Chapter 2 ‘The Idealism of Innovation and Stagnation’”】

"The comments are going completely nuts."

"Well, it is pure science fiction. Pretty chaotic."

"That's what “Chaos” is, after all. Can't be helped."

【『World Tree Dragon / Regorament (SSR · Healing · Wood)』】

『A DRAGON?!』 『They're dumping non-humans on us now lol』 『Wait, it's a healer!』 『A new healer!』 『We've been short on them, thank God』 『That's badass!』 『Now we can hunt the Clione!』 『← If you can pull it w』

『“Become the foundation for the future. If you desire meaning for your life...”』】

【『White-Coated Empress / Limient Cornerstone (SSR · Ranged · Fire)』】

『HERE WE GO━━━━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)━━━━!!』 『Lab coat character!』 『Is that voice Lady Teika?!』 『That cold stare is so good!』 『I want her to step on me』 『I want her to insult me』 『Some weird crowd is showing up... w』

"So! These four new characters, along with several returning characters, will be featured in the rate-up gacha!"

"Walt and Pahal are gonna be involved too, right?"

★ Character Introductions

・Tenhoi Meharu (天縫衣 芽陽) — Nickname: Meharu, Meharu-chan
Plays Pahal. Apparently got married while still a student. She's a cheerful, carefree person who lives almost entirely by feeling and instinct. For some reason, she uses dead slang like “Shikuyoro” and “Bye-nara” all the time. She probably doesn't even know what they mean. She just uses them because she likes how they sound.

・Yunoya Takefumi (弓能家 竹文) — Nicknames: Takefuu, Take-san
Plays Walt. A very experienced veteran. Famous for his incredibly attractive voice. He often plays serious, stiff characters, but in person, he's actually quite easygoing.
